now several keys have stopped working (I have to bring up the touch keyboard to use them), including:

• the W key
• the E key
• the D key (if I press it a certain way it'll register multiple inputs continuously)
• the X key
• the C key
• the 2 key
• the 3 key

and now my laptop dies almost instantly when it isn't being charged. fml
