Fair point! Still, they have boxes where you can file complaints.
They also had user forums at some point, so you could share your anger with a community that gives a damn about YouTube. (I deleted my account there a long time ago - when you had to create a Google account to keep your YouTube account - so I don't know if those forums still exist.)
